Subject: [CLS] March Financial Statements

---------- From the April 12 "Christ Lutheran Christian Chronicle":

Praise the Lord!  He has given us the opportunity to pay
for this school year.

Unfortunately, apart from two large donations, we came up
short in March by approximately $2500. Fortunately, we had
a donation from a parent of $5000 and matching gifts of
$6850.

What does all this mean?  It means that the Lord has put us
in a situation where we can raise the needed funds to
complete this year, if we work together and don't lose
sight of the goal.

Considering that we are unlikely to receive these large
donations again in April and May, we need to bring in a
little more from the usual sources than we did in March.

Exciting things are happening; let us each take the
opportunity to be a part of it.
