Mrs. Pauline Posda -- Kindergarten Pauline grew up in a Christian home in her native state of Minnesota. She received Bachelor's Degree in English and Elementary Education from Bethel College in St. Paul. She met Dan at her church in the Twin Cities, Wooddale, and married him in 2001 before moving to a country home near Cadott with their Gold Retreiver, "Sunset." They now attend Chippewa Valley Bible Church, where she helped with child care for the SAHMmies program. Mr. Brock Schweisthal -- First Grade Brock is a new teacher at CLS this year. He is the first graduate of Christ Lutheran School to come back and teach! He says "Christ Lutheran Church and School gave me a well rounded education, especially spiritually, and now I am happy to be there to help give that same gift to others. It's good to know we are working for the Lord!"
Brock enjoys all sports, and is boys' basketball coach this year.
He married
Tanara in Brazil in January 2007, and finally was able to get her
moved here in October 2007.

Ms. Kelly Hayes -- Second Grade Ms. Hayes is one of our returning staff members and we are very pleased that she has chosen to join us once again as our second grade teacher. Kelly attended UW-Stout as a Child Development and Family Life major. Her classroom is truly a place of learning. There is something wonderful, fun, and different going on in every corner of the room. Be careful -- Kelly usually has a camera as she captures all of the memories that go on throughout the school. She has lived in Chippewa Falls almost all of her life. She lives with her son, Dustin, who is in college this year, and they attend Chippewa Valley Bible Church. (Email: kellyhrrr@hotmail.com) |

Mrs. Shelley Hein -- Third & Fourth Grade After growing up in Wausau, Shelley earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education/Director of Christian Education from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota. She's married to Steve and has two children, Isaac and Megan. She enjoys camping and geocaching with her family. Shelley worked several years as a Director of Christian Education before feeling the call to teach. She has mainly taught fourth grade and loves it! They are members of Chippewa Valley Bible Church. Mrs. Bridget Ericksen -- Fifth & Sixth Grade Bridget Ericksen joined Christ Lutheran School in 2003 to teach Fifth Grade, and now has expanded to Fifth and Sixth grade. This is her fourth year teaching, and she brings a wonderful energy and creativity to our school. Mrs. Ericksen grew up in Chippewa Falls and graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota with a degree in Social Science Secondary Education. She was married to Adam Ericksen in 2003, and teaches figure skating in her spare time. She goes to Faith Lutheran Church. Mrs. Ericksen is an excellent teacher who encourages her students to be excited about their learning experiences. |

Mrs. Jana Clutter -- Seventh & Eighth Grade Jana Clutter has taught every grade there is to teach at Christ Lutheran School! She also continues to teach music classes to all grades. To top it off, she even served on the School Board for two years, and now serves as the school administrator in addition to teaching Seventh and Eight Grades. Jana and her husband Ron have three grown sons -- two in college, at UW-Stout and UW-Eau Claire, and one that's out in the real world. They attend "Christ Lutheran Church . She enjoys crocheting and knitting, and her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart; lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." (Email: janarae@charter.net) |
